Major structural performance ：

The equipment consists of liner, jacket, insulation, outer foreskin, reducer, agitator, thermometer and so on.

Liner: The stainless steel SUS304 material, surface finish;

Middle Jacket: The Q235-B steel plate made of steel or SUS304, strengthening ring spiral units, cold water from the bottom (no pressure), the best rise and cooling purposes; with polyurethane or glass wool insulation to keep temperature with the outside world, to the effect of thermal insulation; outside of the foreskin of imported SUS304 stainless steel grinding plate;

Reducer: Cycloid reducer, the bracket fixed to the beams on the reducer output shaft and the impeller wheel connection, the use of live sets connected for easy removal and cleaning;

Thermometer: Size 0 ℃~100 ℃, the lowest media for straight position, so that the liquid material used in the lowest position can indicate the temperature to achieve sterilization and aging purposes.
