Product application:

Mixing tank heating (electric heating agitator) to cover open-type structure, with heated automatic temperature control, heat, stirring. Heat quickly, adapt to temperature, and easy to clean and so on. Used in food (milk) products, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage, oil, chemicals, paints and other industries as heating, mixing deployment or sterilization. Particularly suitable for non-steam heat source units and small research institutions, pilot use. And can process requires the use of fully enclosed structure.

Structural performance :

1, volume: 25L,50L,100L,200L,300L,500L,600L,1000L~5000L;

2, heating: The heating rod into the jacket, the jacket into the heat-conducting oil or water as the heating medium to produce heat for heating the material to the tank;

3, the material heating temperature: ≤ 100 ℃; material heating time: 30min ~ 90min (depending on process needs);

4, temperature control: temperature measurement using thermocouple and temperature controller connected to monitoring and control temperature, and temperature can regulate the level of the material;
